DESCRIPTION

Easy site as long as you keep an eye on cables. Normally ridge soaring, sea breeze comes in quite predictably when sunny. Sometimes, when thermic, it is possible to climb high, join the mountains behind or across the valley and go XC.

access

From the Amfissa-Lamia road (heading north), turn left towards the Amfissa football and indoor basketball complex, drive past the football fields and drive straight up the hill. Just before the top, you need to turn right (if not, you end up above the take off after a hundred metres or so, simply reverse and turn right).

On weekdays it is possible that fighter jets fly around the valley.
