Apparently for french pilots you must have the pilot diploma. It's a prefet order.You have to wear a helmet too.

From june to september (10h-19h) car forbiden. Take the shuttle: 2,30 euros (paraglider price).
before this dates and if the road is open, 4 euros to go up with your car.
