DESCRIPTION

Excellent for early start XCs or just for a big top to bottom with spectacular views. Access Take the road to Villemartin from Bozel and then follow for Mont Jovet (via La Cour). The road becomes a dirt track at La Cour. Keep following this upwards towards the Mont Jovet refuge. Before getting to the refuge there is a right hand spur track to the main take off. Rules Stay out of the Vanoise National Park (to the South and South East) if flying XC.

Mountain Flying so generally light wind. Sometimes need to be away early (before 12.30) as the wind can come over the back.
