DESCRIPTION

Soaring, east. XC is difficult because this is area usually below the rhine basin inversion, or gets humid air from there. It's one of these takeoffs you use when you're in the area anyway, but none you'd travel miles for.

Very suspectible to wind overflowing from the rhine basin. If you have moderate meteo wind from the east, but south wind in the rhine basin, the rhine basin will win and turn the takeoff into a lee side.

Hike&Fly. According to the sign you can drive there as well.

There don't seem to be any non obvious ones, except: Additional random person at takeoff mandatory, to call emergency services if required. See takeoff sign in pictures section.
