DESCRIPTION

Pros: Wonderful view, strong thermals, take-off in all wind directions, easy rescue and landing at will. Cons: Flight only with permission of the property owner, Mr. Jair Sorratel. Access only for 4WD cars. No slope, making take-off without wind more difficult.

access

Access: The Manso Dam lake is located 86 km from Cuiabá. Once there, transport is by ferryboat and from there to the Morro do Chapéu Adventure Center (in project). From the farm to the ramp is 3 km on a road for 4×4 cars only.

Permission to fly required by the property owner, Sr Jair Sorratel. Access to the ramp only in 4-WD cars, flat ramp makes windless take-off very hard.
