DESCRIPTION

Site on private property. Anything south of the former Sand City launch is city property with signs warning against flying off of their city property. And, anything north of the former Sand City launch is regulated by the Marina State Beach Rangers and under Coastal Condors site rules. Meaning one can only launch legally from a couple of designated areas; either, Marina State Beach ramp or beach or their designated Lake Court area and must be a USHPA member and at least a P3 rated pilot.
