This is a great site that works best in an east wind. There are never a lot of pilots working this ridge.

Teniya is about 1.5 hours from Naha by car. Turn off the freeway at Ginoza and follow the signs to Higashi. You will pass Kayo (another site 14km after the turnoff to Higashi - Teniya is about another 5-10 minutes). It's best to call Frank Ashimine at Bluesky Okinawa for detailed directions or for guiding services. His English is great and he's very friendly!

This site (like other Japanese sites) is club controlled and there are site fees. Again, it's best to contact Frank Ashimine.
