- talk to local pilot before flying there (see web link below)
- small hike & fly site, around 400’ above LZ
- site often works well 1-2 hours before sunset, when the coastal marine layer is present
- there are 3 possible launch areas, launch lower in higher winds
- bail out landing is anywhere in the field out front, typically cross wind
- stay out front in high wind, wind can pick up and blow-back is possible
