Just a public gravel road with low traffic. ParaglidingEE club uses it from time to time when S winds come or when Kuusiku is overcrowded :-) Not really a public spot. Launch is by winch towing so you must contact the club anyway.You can fly here only with a towing support from ParaglidingEE club.

By car from any side or train station is a few km away.
Rules
Airspace is over FL95 here but flying North is limited by the Tallinn CTR.
