DESCRIPTION
Note: There is a 3 hour hike up to the take off (minimum).It is very arduous and dangerously steep.
Only for the physically fit.
The wind at take off is always at least 10-15km stronger than the forecasted wind.
The temperature is also 10 deg.C less than the valley floor (its very cold always)
Access
You want to park at either Cronin's Car Park or the Lisleibane car park on the north side of the mountain....( both 3km off the Fossa to Glencar road).
Follow the track up the valley.
Take off is above the top of the valley.
