<p data-end="1239" data-start="551">The Tandem Pro Workshop in Lebanon was conducted following the completion of the participants' SIV requirements. Once every pilot reached the expected technical level, we transitioned directly into the dedicated tandem module, beginning with the full theoretical program. Over the course of the non-fly days, the entire theory block was completed in a structured and efficient manner. Pilots gained clear understanding of tandem aerodynamics, passenger communication, risk assessment, takeoff and landing procedures, and energy management. Many participants noted that topics they had previously found complicated became simple and logical once explained through a structured methodology.</p>

<p data-end="1884" data-start="1241">After the theoretical component was fully delivered, we proceeded to the practical tandem examination. Each participant was required to demonstrate a clean and well-coordinated takeoff, execute precise 720 and figure-8 maneuvers, and finish with an accurate target landing. The practical tests were conducted over two focused days, during which every pilot had the opportunity to perform multiple flights, receive feedback, and improve their technique where needed. The progression throughout the group was clearly visible, with several pilots showing strong performance from the start, and others learning quickly from their earlier attempts.</p>

<p data-end="2456" data-start="1886">The atmosphere during the tandem workshop was highly positive and professional. Pilots approached each task with discipline and dedication, applying the theoretical knowledge directly into practice. Communication skills—particularly timing, tone, and clarity—improved significantly as the flights progressed. These elements are essential in tandem flying, where the instructor must manage both the technical aspects of the flight and the emotional state of the passenger. By the end of the workshop, participants demonstrated noticeably greater confidence and precision.</p>

<p data-end="2888" data-start="2458">A major emphasis throughout the workshop was safety. Regardless of scheduling pressure or weather limitations, every decision was made with risk management as the top priority. This approach proved successful; the entire tandem module was completed without any injuries or unsafe events. Pilots consistently showed awareness of conditions, proper decision-making, and adherence to APPI standards in both preparation and execution.</p>

<p data-end="3373" data-start="2890">Overall, the Tandem Pro Workshop was completed successfully, with every participant benefiting from the structured progression of theory, practice, and feedback. The group demonstrated strong improvement in flight accuracy, control, communication, and situational awareness. I am very satisfied with the level achieved by the pilots and confident that this training will contribute to raising the safety and professionalism of tandem operations in Lebanon and the surrounding region.</p>
