This activity is organised by Aeroclub Albania with support from Federata Aeronautike e Kosoves, and it is tailored for local pilots (fulfilling the requirements as per the APPI system), but all international pilots (fulfilling the course requirements) are welcome as well. There are two main goals: . First: To present the latest knowledge elaborated by the cosmopolitan pool of APPI master instructors. . Second: To deliver the APPI certification corresponding to the pilotʼs level, according to APPI standards. During the workshop, since the time is limited and the points to discuss are extensive, the course will be quite intense and demanding. Participants are encouraged to be well-rested, relaxed, and have a focused mindset, free of problems. Pilots are also encouraged to prepare by reading theory books, prior to the course. Reviewing the basics of paragliding theory will help in understanding the advanced topics that will be developed during the workshop (the basics won't be discussed due to time constraints). Topics that will be discussed include: -Aerodynamics, flight mechanics -Meteorology, Aerology -Flying rules etc. The length of the course is 12 days + two spare days.
